Sales conditions set out below shall apply to any acceptance of order by our Sales Office and therefore cancel all conditions or specifications given on Buyer's order.

Prices :
According to price list in effect. (If VAT occurs : to be added at the rate ruling at the time of delivery).
Packing unit at our choice. Customer packing specifications on request extra costs charged on invoice.

Payment :
Minimum order value : Euro 30.00

Order value more than Euro 30.00 and less than Euro 150,00 :
By bank cheque or transfer at your costs at reception of invoice.
Order value over or equal to Euro 150.00 :
By bank cheque or transfer at your costs at 30 days date of invoice, net.

Any claim or contestation does not allow the Buyer to report settlement of invoice.

Property :
Delivered goods remain our property until full settlement by the Buyer of all invoices.

Terms of delivery :
EX-WORKS according to INCOTERMS 1990. Packing and carriage to be charged on invoice.

Delivery times :
Our delivery times are given for information only and run from the latest given date : i.e. date of our order acknowledgement or date of last information given by the Buyer for good execution of order.
No cancellation of order or penalties charges will be accepted due to delivery report.

In case of no respect by the Buyer of our payment terms or in case of any Force Majeure circumstances such as fire, war, embargo, strike … or any other circumstance not due to our responsibility for defects or delays, we shall be entitled to suspend performance of the contract and shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any such cause.

Special products :
The Buyer accept by ordering special fabrication according to his specifications or drawing, delivery and charging for up to 10% more or less than ordered quantity and that no return of special products will be accepted.

Guarantee :
Size and characteristics of products in our catalogue are subject to alteration without prior notice and are given only for information. It is up to the Buyer to choose and to test our product , incorrect choice or faulty mounting will not be of our responsibility.

Claims :
Any claim must be made in writing within 5 days of the date of goods reception. No return will be accepted without the prior agreement of our Sales Office.

Arbitration :
Applicable law of the supplier's place of business i.e. Strasbourg - France
